Skai Joglo Bali Treehouses
In the middle of the rice fields, about a 15-minute drive from the center of Ubud, you will find SKAI JOGLO treehouses. Two beautiful tree house villas "floating" in the treetops of Ubud. Both villas are on stilts between the trees and the entrance is via a romantic small suspension bridge. Skai Joglo is built using locally sourced materials, traditional techniques and crafted by local artisans. All wood has been reclaimed from 100-year-old houses, known as joglos, and redesigned into a contemporary tree house. With semi-open walls, natural textures and finishes, the home's design focuses on the beauty of the antique wood, the artisan's craftsmanship and the surrounding nature. It has many large windows and of course a swimming pool with a view cannot be missed.
